Alexandra Saisnith

Head of Workplace Strategy

Alexandra Saisnith has worked for combine since 2010. She earned a degree in engineering after studying architecture and went on to earn a Master of Corporate Real Estate Management (MCR) degree. She now advises companies on large-scale projects such as planning of new buildings, site development, and the development of new work environments. Cost-effectiveness assessment, strategic needs analysis, occupancy planning, planning and conducting architecture (including interior architecture) competitions, and representing users are all part of her work. She is responsible for managing projects for clients such as Continental AG, Gruner + Jahr, Handelsblatt Media Group, Spiegel Group, and Euler Hermes Deutschland AG.

I’m really excited about projects where we get to give our clients guidance right from the start, highlight the correlation between spatial and cultural settings, and have an impact on design. They require us to be bold and think ahead as we rethink evolving work environments and thus generate lasting success.
