We invite you for a first meeting with HR and your senior manager. This can be via video call.
For us, it's important to get to know you in person. Thus we invite you to one of our offices if we go further.
In our interviews, we'd like to get to know you as a person and to introduce combine to you. We want to be able to determine whether we are a good fit for each other. The interviews usually take about an hour.
If we both think that this is a good fit, we will make you an offer and hope you accept. As soon as you did, we can plan your onboarding.
