What you can expect.

Beratung: Als (Senior) Projektmanager in der Immobilienberatung berätst Du Unternehmen und steuerst gewerbliche Immobilien- und Bauprojekte hinsichtlich der Projektorganisation und -koordination.

Projektplanung: Du schaffst den Rahmen für den Projekterfolg und begleitest Projekte über alle Phasen des Immobilienzyklus und Bauphasen hinweg.

Nutzerprojektmanagement: Du steuerst die nutzerseitigen Workstreams von der Projektvorbereitung über die Planung und Ausführung bis hin zum Abschluss eines Projekts.

Interface management: Du bist für die Koordination und Umsetzung von Nutzer- und Projektinteressen gegenüber Projektpartner:innen, Bauherr:innen und Planer:innen zuständig.

Projektcontrolling: Du verantwortest die Steuerung der Kosten, Termine und Qualitäten in komplexen interdisziplinären Bauprojekten.

Führung: Du bist als erfahrene:r Projektleiter:in für die fachliche Führung Deiner Projektteams verantwortlich.

Was Du mitbringst.

Hochschulabschluss: Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, BWL mit Schwerpunkt Immobilienökonomie, Facility Management o.Ä.

Berufserfahrung und Knowhow: mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung; sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten; Führungserfahrung von interdisziplinären Projektteams; sehr gute Kenntnisse in der HOAI, AHO und VOB

Arbeitsweise: eigeninitiativ, engagiert, selbständig und strukturiert, professionell und souverän, ganzheitliches und vernetztes Denken, lösungsorientiert

Persönlichkeit: kommunikationsstark, durchsetzungsfähig, serviceorientiert, teamfähig und kreativ

Sprache: verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

Our main goal during the interview phase is to figure out whether we are a good fit for each other. We want to learn more about you, your background, and what motivates you in a relaxed atmosphere, so we will ask you questions on a wide variety of topics. But we also want to take enough time to introduce our company to you and answer your questions. This means an interview with us usually takes about an hour and a half.

If both sides think you are a good fit for our team after the initial phase of getting to know each other, we will offer you a contract right away and hope you will accept. Once you accept your contract, planning for the onboarding process can get started.

To be able to judge whether you are a good fit for us, we need several things from you: a cover letter, a current CV, and ideally additional supporting materials such as letters of reference, transcripts, and/or diplomas.
