Matthias Pietzcker earned his degree in business from FernUniversität Hagen, a distance university, in 1992, so he got a chance to experience decentralized and remote working as far back as during his student days.
He has also been familiar with desk sharing throughout his career, as he has never had an assigned desk since starting out with Quickborner Team (one of combine’s predecessors) in 1995.
Matthias has been advising companies and the public sector on the planning and implementation of contemporary office concepts and holistic working environments for over 25 years. He is driven by addressing the head, heart, and gut all at once. He aims to create work environments that foster wellbeing and prompt people to think, feel, and act.
