What you can expect in project management with us.

Consulting: Du berätst Organisationen in einer Vielzahl von Branchen und steuerst gewerbliche Immobilien- und Bauprojekte. Hierbei agierst du in der Regel als enge:r Partner:in zum:r Projektleiter:in auf Kundenseite.

Project planning: You create the framework for project success and accompany Projects about all Phases of the real estate cycle and construction phases away.

User project management:  Du steuerst die nutzerseitigen Workstreams von der Projektvorbereitung über die Planung und Ausführung bis hin zum erfolgreichen Abschluss eines Projekts. 

Projektcontrolling: Du verantwortest die Steuerung der Kosten, Termine und Qualitäten in komplexen interdisziplinären Bauprojekten. Darüber hinaus bist du zuständig für die Koordination und Umsetzung von Nutzer:innen- und Projektinteressen gegenüber Projektpartner:innen, Bauherr:innen und Planer:innen.

Decision management: Du erstellst Projektreportings, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Präsentationen auf C-Level Ebene im Rahmen des Entscheidungsmanagements

Guidance: As an experienced project manager, you coordinate challenging projects and are responsible for the technical management of interdisciplinary project teams.

What you need as a project manager.

University degree: Civil engineering, Architecture, Business administration with a focus on real estate economicsFacility Management or similar.

Professional experience and know-how: mat least 5 years relevant Professional experience; svery good conceptual and analytical skillsManagement experience of interdisciplinary project teams; very good knowledge of HOAI, AHO and VOB

Working method: Self-initiated, committed, independent and structured, Professional and confident, holistic and networked thinking, lsolution-orientedrt

Personality: Strong communicator, assertive, service-oriented, team player and creative

Language: Business fluent German and good English skills

If both sides think you are a good fit for our team after the initial phase of getting to know each other, we will offer you a contract right away and hope you will accept. Once you accept your contract, planning for the onboarding process can get started.
