Senior Consultant (m/f/d) Transaction Advisory

We are looking for candidates to join us in the role of Munich, Berlin and Hamburg.

What you can expect.

Consulting: You advise companies from a wide range of industries on finding commercial real estate – from the initial analysis of needs to the successful transaction.

Project work:

Project Management: You will manage the entire process from requirements analysis and property inspections to contract finalization. You will coordinate all stakeholders and work closely with our transaction team and/or external partners.
Potential Analysis: You objectively review and evaluate real estate offers on the market. In doing so, you represent the interests of our clients.
Leadership: You will lead interdisciplinary teams and foster and support our colleagues.
Project Management: You manage complex projects, coordinate tasks, and ensure that quality, time, and budget goals are met.

Decision management: You support our clients in making future-proof real estate decisions through functional, structural, and economic analyses.

Entrepreneurial role model: You will support the strategic development of combine through active customer acquisition and the expansion of our network.

The will to create: You are involved in shaping the Transaction Advisory area and driving its development.

What you bring with you.

Education: Completed studies in Architecture, Real Estate Economics, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.

Professional experience and know-how: five years of relevant professional experience, strong conceptual and analytical skills, affinity for architectural and spatial planning, business acumen, experience in leading interdisciplinary teams

Working method: Proactive, structured, independent, networked thinking, solution-oriented

Personality: Communicative, assertive, service-oriented, team player, creative, and responsible

LanguageVery good German language skills in speaking and writing (C1) as well as good English language skills

What are the steps in the application process?

We consider every application very carefully, so please bear with us, as it may take a few days. We will invite you to interview by phone so we can get to know you.

We also feel it is important to meet our potential new colleagues in person, so as part of the application process, we will invite you to one of our offices, where you will meet HR and members of our management team. If you would like to talk to your potential colleagues as well or take a look around at our multifaceted day-to-day business by working with us for a trial day, we can make it possible.

Our main goal during the interview phase is to figure out whether we are a good fit for each other. We want to learn more about you, your background, and what motivates you in a relaxed atmosphere, so we will ask you questions on a wide variety of topics. But we also want to take enough time to introduce our company to you and answer your questions. This means an interview with us usually takes about an hour and a half.

If both sides think you are a good fit for our team after the initial phase of getting to know each other, we will offer you a contract right away and hope you will accept. Once you accept your contract, planning for the onboarding process can get started.
