Senior Consultant (m/f/d) Change Management for working environments

We are looking for candidates to join us in the role of Hamburg, Munich, Düsseldorf and Berlin.

What you can expect from change management with us.

Consulting: You advise companies on suitable change management strategies and guide clients through these proactively using various tools and methods.

Project work:

  • Project planning: You are responsible for clarifying assignments, relationships and roles as well as managing expectations across all project phases.
  • Project management: As an experienced project manager, you are responsible for the technical management of your project teams.
  • Analysis: You prepare, conduct, and follow up on organizational diagnoses and stakeholder analyses.
  • Concept:
  • You are responsible for the development, creation, and implementation of a communication and change concept and roadmap as part of a work environment concept.
  • Workshop design: You identify participation events, take charge of their design, develop appropriate workshop designs and implement them.
  • Interface management: You are responsible for process consulting and ensure interface management between space (workplace strategy, design), building (project management, real estate strategy), and culture (change management) in projects.

Entrepreneurial role model: You support the strategic development of combine.

What you bring to the table as a consultant.

University degree: Social sciences, psychology, business psychology, organizational psychology, business education, economics or similar.

Professional experience and know-how: 5 years of relevant professional experience; very good conceptual and analytical skills; management experience of interdisciplinary project teams

Working method: Self-initiated, committed, independent and structured; professional and confident; holistic and networked thinking

Personality: Strong communicator, assertive, service-oriented and creative

Languages: Business fluent German and good English skills

Our main goal during the interview phase is to figure out whether we are a good fit for each other. We want to learn more about you, your background, and what motivates you in a relaxed atmosphere, so we will ask you questions on a wide variety of topics. But we also want to take enough time to introduce our company to you and answer your questions. This means an interview with us usually takes about an hour and a half.

If both sides think you are a good fit for our team after the initial phase of getting to know each other, we will offer you a contract right away and hope you will accept. Once you accept your contract, planning for the onboarding process can get started.

In order to assess whether you are a good fit for us, we need a current CV and ideally other attachments such as work and degree certificates.
