Consulting: You advise companies on suitable change management strategies and guide clients through these proactively using various tools and methods.
Project work:
- Project planning: You are responsible for clarifying assignments, relationships and roles as well as managing expectations across all project phases.
- Project management: As an experienced project manager, you are responsible for the technical management of your project teams.
- Analysis: You prepare, conduct, and follow up on organizational diagnoses and stakeholder analyses.
- Concept:
- You are responsible for the development, creation, and implementation of a communication and change concept and roadmap as part of a work environment concept.
- Workshop design: You identify participation events, take charge of their design, develop appropriate workshop designs and implement them.
- Interface management: You are responsible for process consulting and ensure interface management between space (workplace strategy, design), building (project management, real estate strategy), and culture (change management) in projects.

What you bring to the table as a consultant.
University degree: Social sciences, psychology, business psychology, organizational psychology, business education, economics or similar.
Professional experience and know-how: 5 years of relevant professional experience; very good conceptual and analytical skills; management experience of interdisciplinary project teams
Working method: Self-initiated, committed, independent and structured; professional and confident; holistic and networked thinking
Personality: Strong communicator, assertive, service-oriented and creative
Languages: Business fluent German and good English skills
