Consulting: You know how to advise. You always think one step ahead and inspire your customers with powerful presentations and pitches.

Project management: You act as a contact person for clients from various industries and are responsible for these exciting creative projects of all sizes and complexity.

Project management: You feel confident in multi-project management. You accompany your projects from the initial consultation to the preparation of the offer to the successful implementation of the project and manage the HOAI service phases 0-3 and 6-8 in our interior design projects.

Concept: You develop customized workplace concepts. You have a keen interest in the design of living spaces and equally high standards for your conceptual work and storytelling.

Teamwork: Good teamwork is the key to success for you. You enjoy working in a team, leading and supporting your colleagues - even outside of projects.

What you need as an (interior) architect.

University degree: Interior design or architecture

Professional experience and know-how: At least 7 years of relevant professional experience; specialization in the field of workplace consulting is an advantage, management experience of interdisciplinary project teams; comprehensive knowledge of leading CAD and visualization programs (primarily ArchiCAD)

Working method: between pragmatism and creativity, self-initiated, committed, independent and structured; confident with a high degree of holistic, networked thinking

Personality: Strong communicator, passionate, enthusiastic, assertive, service-oriented, team player and creative

Languages: Excellent spoken and written German and English language skills

What are the steps in the application process?

We consider every application very carefully, so please bear with us, as it may take a few days. We will invite you to interview by phone so we can get to know you.

We also feel it is important to meet our potential new colleagues in person, so as part of the application process, we will invite you to one of our offices, where you will meet HR and members of our management team. If you would like to talk to your potential colleagues as well or take a look around at our multifaceted day-to-day business by working with us for a trial day, we can make it possible.

Our main goal during the interview phase is to figure out whether we are a good fit for each other. We want to learn more about you, your background, and what motivates you in a relaxed atmosphere, so we will ask you questions on a wide variety of topics. But we also want to take enough time to introduce our company to you and answer your questions. This means an interview with us usually takes about an hour and a half.

If both sides think you are a good fit for our team after the initial phase of getting to know each other, we will offer you a contract right away and hope you will accept. Once you accept your contract, planning for the onboarding process can get started.
