Hendrik Grempe has a wealth of entrepreneurial and strategic knowledge in the corporate real estate (CRE) sector. He holds the position of Managing Director at combine’s Düsseldorf location, where he is responsible for the areas of workplace consulting, CRE strategy, and CREM consulting. Hendrik has years of hands-on management experience in the real estate segment at global companies.
After earning a degree in law and going on to postgraduate studies in business administration, he worked for Vodafone for 12 years, including in the role of Head of Property for Vodafone Germany. After that, he served as Group Property Director / Head of Real Estate & Business Services for the Luxembourg-based Theo Müller group of companies for over five years.
After many years in the corporate real estate sector of major international companies, it is a great pleasure for me to be personally involved in entrepreneurial activities. I can contribute my 'insights & learnings' from the client side and thus further expand combine's real estate strategy consulting expertise, among other things.
