Bettina Herold has been with combine since 2010. For the graduate architect, it is important to take the "new normal" into account in project methodology and to question conventional approaches in order to meet the complex requirements of modern working culture. She attaches great importance to laying a solid foundation for every new consulting project by developing a holistic vision that integrates the physical, social, cultural and digital dimensions of work.
With her generalist approach, Bettina Herold supports companies in strategic and planning projects such as site development, new building planning and the introduction of sustainable working environments. She is responsible for project management for clients such as Hoffman SE, Bayerische Versorgungskammer, BMW Group and Stadtwerke Bayreuth.
I am convinced of the added value of working in the office. For me, the power of togetherness has a positive effect on both the company and its employees. That's why I work intensively on the question of how to voluntarily bring people back to the office while supporting flexibility and digital networking. In doing so, I like to change perspectives in order to achieve the best possible consensus for companies and employees.
