What you can expect.
Consulting: You advise companies on suitable change management strategies and guide clients through these proactively using various tools and methods.
Project work: You work in parallel projects of varying sizes, complexities, and durations as a (partial) project manager and/or as a project team member.
Analysis You support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of organizational diagnostics and stakeholder analyses.
Concept: You are involved in the development, construction, and implementation of a communication and change concept, as well as a roadmap, as part of a work environment concept.
Workshop design: You design and facilitate customized client workshops by variably applying different workshop tools as well as qualitative and quantitative methods.
Project management: You are responsible for the technical leadership of your project teams as a project manager.
What you bring with you.
University degreeSocial Sciences, Psychology, Economic Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Business Education, Economics, or similar.
Professional experience and know-how: at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience; very good conceptual and analytical skills; initial leadership experience with project teams
Working method: Self-initiated, committed, independent and structured; professional and confident; holistic and networked thinking
Personality: Strong communicator, assertive, service-oriented, team player and creative
Languages: German language skills at C1 level and good English skills
