We are looking for candidates to join us in the role of Berlin, Düsseldorf und Munich.

What you can expect.

You will be responsible for exciting creative projects of all sizes and varying complexity across a wide range of industries.

You will assume project management tasks, from initial consultation and quoting through to successful implementation of the project.

You will develop customized, functional, experience-driven design concepts in the office segment, taking current trends into account.

In the process, you will work with highly motivated project teams to devise innovative solutions for various target groups and uses.

You will function as the point of contact for clients and coordinate specialized planners.

You will lead and support other employees, including beyond your own projects.

You will work on your own responsibility and manage all/individual HOAI performance and service phases.

Degree in interior architecture or architecture

At least five years of professional experience working on tasks like those described above

Meaningful project portfolio, including projects where you were the project manager

Solid leadership experience in projects

Excellent spoken and written German and English language skills

Extensive knowledge and skills in working with leading CAD and visualization programs (primarily ArchiCAD)

Outstanding social skills, teamwork skills, service orientation, and creativity.

Enthusiasm for holistic new design-oriented solutions, paired with high standards for functionality

We consider every application very carefully, so please bear with us, as it may take a few days. We will invite you to interview by phone so we can get to know you.

We also feel it is important to meet our potential new colleagues in person, so as part of the application process, we will invite you to one of our offices, where you will meet HR and members of our management team. If you would like to talk to your potential colleagues as well or take a look around at our multifaceted day-to-day business by working with us for a trial day, we can make it possible.

Our main goal during the interview phase is to figure out whether we are a good fit for each other. We want to learn more about you, your background, and what motivates you in a relaxed atmosphere, so we will ask you questions on a wide variety of topics. But we also want to take enough time to introduce our company to you and answer your questions. This means an interview with us usually takes about an hour and a half.

If both sides think you are a good fit for our team after the initial phase of getting to know each other, we will offer you a contract right away and hope you will accept. Once you accept your contract, planning for the onboarding process can get started.
