Consulting: You are responsible for user needs analyses and requirements management as the basis for customized workplace concepts. You design and implement individual, future-oriented solutions in the area of working environments for new or existing customers. You provide our customers with holistic advice and support participative involvement processes in terms of change management.
What you bring with you.

University degreeArchitecture, civil engineering, economics, real estate management or similar.

Professional experience and know-how: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience; very good conceptual and analytical skills; management experience of interdisciplinary project teams

Working method: Self-initiated, committed, independent and structured, professional and confident, holistic and networked thinking

Personality: Strong communicator, assertive, service-oriented, team player and creative

Languagevery good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
