Senior Manager (m/f/d) Workplace Strategy

We are looking for candidates to join us in the role of Hamburg, Munich, Düsseldorf and Berlin.

What you can expect.

Creative willYou will play an active role in shaping and driving forward the Workplace Strategy division.

Leadership: You lead and support our employees across departments.

Entrepreneurial role model: You support the strategic development of combine by acquiring customers and expanding your network, among other things

Project work:

Strategy: You define holistic workplace strategies and guide customers proactively through this process using various tools and methods.

Project management: You coordinate challenging projects and lead highly motivated, interdisciplinary teams in a variety of industries as the person with overall responsibility.

Consulting: You are responsible for user needs analyses and requirements management as the basis for customized workplace concepts. You design and implement individual, future-oriented solutions in the area of working environments for new or existing customers. You provide our customers with holistic advice and support participative involvement processes in terms of change management.

What you bring with you.

University degreeArchitecture, civil engineering, economics, real estate management or similar.

Professional experience and know-how: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience; very good conceptual and analytical skills; management experience of interdisciplinary project teams

Working method: Self-initiated, committed, independent and structured, professional and confident, holistic and networked thinking

Personality: Strong communicator, assertive, service-oriented, team player and creative

Languagevery good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English

What are the steps in the application process?

We consider every application very carefully, so please bear with us, as it may take a few days. We will invite you to interview by phone so we can get to know you.

We also feel it is important to meet our potential new colleagues in person, so as part of the application process, we will invite you to one of our offices, where you will meet HR and members of our management team. If you would like to talk to your potential colleagues as well or take a look around at our multifaceted day-to-day business by working with us for a trial day, we can make it possible.

Our main goal during the interview phase is to figure out whether we are a good fit for each other. We want to learn more about you, your background, and what motivates you in a relaxed atmosphere, so we will ask you questions on a wide variety of topics. But we also want to take enough time to introduce our company to you and answer your questions. This means an interview with us usually takes about an hour and a half.

If both sides think you are a good fit for our team after the initial phase of getting to know each other, we will offer you a contract right away and hope you will accept. Once you accept your contract, planning for the onboarding process can get started.
