Project management: You lead challenging projects and highly motivated, interdisciplinary teams in a variety of industries as the person with overall responsibility.

Analysis: You create user requirement analyses for customized workplace concepts and are responsible for requirements management.

Consulting: You design and implement individual, future-oriented solutions in the field of working environments for new or existing customers.

Interface management: You accompany participative involvement processes in the sense of holistic change management.

What you bring to the table as a consultant.

University degree: Architecture, civil engineering, economics, real estate management or similar.

Professional experience and know-how: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience; very good conceptual and analytical skills; management experience of interdisciplinary project teams

Working method: Self-initiated, committed, independent and structured; professional and confident; holistic and networked thinking

Personality: Strong communicator, assertive, service-oriented, team player and creative

Languages: Excellent German language skills, good English language skills
