Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Real Estate Strategy

We are looking for candidates to join us in the role of Munich, Berlin, Düsseldorf and Hamburg.

What you can expect.

Consulting: You will advise organizations in a variety of industries and manage commercial real estate and construction projects with regard to the development and management of portfolio and real estate strategies with regard to the following points:

Location and real estate strategy issues
Real estate potential and its profitability
Structuring and shaping the CRE organization of our customers.

You will be responsible for clarifying the assignment, relationships and roles, as well as managing expectations across all project phases - from conception to implementation and successful completion.

Decision management: You guide clients to the right strategy based on a jointly developed target picture. You critically scrutinize and take responsibility for the respective project content and develop well-founded recommendations

Leadership: As an experienced project manager, you coordinate challenging projects and are responsible for the technical management of interdisciplinary project teams.

You lead and support our employees across departments.
You coordinate the distribution of tasks, support your team members professionally and organizationally
You ensure that project goals are achieved on time, within budget and with high quality.

Entrepreneurial role model: You will support the strategic development of combine through active customer acquisition and the expansion of our network.

The will to create: You will help shape the Real Estate Strategy division and drive its development.

What you bring with you.

University degreeBusiness administration with a focus on real estate economics, civil engineering, architecture, facility management, etc.

Professional experience and know-how: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the real estate industry; very good conceptual and analytical skills; management experience in interdisciplinary project teams

Working method: Self-initiated, independent and structured, professional and confident, holistic and networked thinking, solution-oriented

Personality: strong communicator, assertive, service-oriented, a team player and creative.

We consider every application very carefully, so please bear with us, as it may take a few days. We will invite you to interview by phone so we can get to know you.

We also feel it is important to meet our potential new colleagues in person, so as part of the application process, we will invite you to one of our offices, where you will meet HR and members of our management team. If you would like to talk to your potential colleagues as well or take a look around at our multifaceted day-to-day business by working with us for a trial day, we can make it possible.

Our main goal during the interview phase is to figure out whether we are a good fit for each other. We want to learn more about you, your background, and what motivates you in a relaxed atmosphere, so we will ask you questions on a wide variety of topics. But we also want to take enough time to introduce our company to you and answer your questions. This means an interview with us usually takes about an hour and a half.

If both sides think you are a good fit for our team after the initial phase of getting to know each other, we will offer you a contract right away and hope you will accept. Once you accept your contract, planning for the onboarding process can get started.
