ConsultingYou advise companies and manage commercial real estate and construction projects with regard to project organization and coordination.

Project managementYou will take over the (partial) project management for challenging projects and highly motivated, interdisciplinary teams in a variety of industries.

Project planningYou create the framework for project success and accompany projects through all phases of the real estate cycle and construction phases.

User project management: You manage the user-side workstreams from project preparation through planning and execution to the completion of a project.

Interface managementYou are responsible for the coordination and implementation of user and project interests vis-à-vis project partners, clients and planners.

Project controllingYou will be responsible for managing costs, deadlines and quality in complex interdisciplinary construction projects.

What you bring to the table as a consultant.

University degreeCivil engineering, architecture, business administration with a focus on real estate economics, facility management or similar.

Professional experience and know-how: At least 3 years of relevant professional experience; very good conceptual and analytical skills; initial management experience of interdisciplinary project teams and consulting experience are advantageous; very good knowledge of HOAI, AHO and VOB

Working method: Self-initiated, committed, independent and structured, professional and confident, holistic and networked thinking, solution-oriented

Personality: Strong communicator, assertive, service-oriented, team player and creative

Language: Business fluent German and good English skills

What are the steps in the application process?

We consider every application very carefully, so please bear with us, as it may take a few days. We will invite you to interview by phone so we can get to know you.

We also feel it is important to meet our potential new colleagues in person, so as part of the application process, we will invite you to one of our offices, where you will meet HR and members of our management team. If you would like to talk to your potential colleagues as well or take a look around at our multifaceted day-to-day business by working with us for a trial day, we can make it possible.

Our main goal during the interview phase is to figure out whether we are a good fit for each other. We want to learn more about you, your background, and what motivates you in a relaxed atmosphere, so we will ask you questions on a wide variety of topics. But we also want to take enough time to introduce our company to you and answer your questions. This means an interview with us usually takes about an hour and a half.

If both sides think you are a good fit for our team after the initial phase of getting to know each other, we will offer you a contract right away and hope you will accept. Once you accept your contract, planning for the onboarding process can get started.
